Assistant Manager(02074) – 2149 Miller Pkwy

We're hiring an Assistant Manager to lead operations and customer service at our Domino's location on Miller Parkway in West Milwaukee, WI. As a key member of our management team, you'll drive store performance, mentor crew members, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service.

About the Role

The Assistant Manager position is a full-time role focused on supporting overall store operations and helping the General Manager deliver consistent, high-quality service. You'll take on significant responsibility for day-to-day management, team performance, and operational excellence at our West Milwaukee pizzeria.

Core Duties

• Supervise and mentor delivery drivers, pizza makers, and customer service staff during shifts
• Ensure food safety protocols, quality standards, and customer satisfaction guidelines are met consistently
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maintain availability
• Train new crew members and provide ongoing development to existing staff
• Help schedule shifts and manage labor efficiently while meeting store needs
• Address customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally
• Support promotional activities and sales initiatives to drive store revenue
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

What You Bring

• Proven management or supervisory experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak business periods
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of challenges
• Basic math and computer skills for scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
