Position Summary

As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting store leadership and driving operational excellence. You'll supervise crew members, oversee food preparation and order quality, manage staff scheduling, and help achieve sales and performance targets. Your day-to-day leadership directly influences how your team delivers on Domino's commitment to quality pizza and fast, reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach crew members on food safety, customer service, and operational standards
• Open and close the restaurant, including cash handling, deposits, and security procedures
• Monitor order accuracy, food quality, and presentation before delivery or pickup
• Build and maintain work schedules ensuring adequate staffing for all shifts
• Reconcile daily cash drawers, track inventory, and report on store-level metrics
• Address customer feedback and resolve concerns in a professional, timely manner
• Enforce health codes, food safety protocols, and company policies consistently
• Support the general manager in achieving sales goals and cost management objectives
