What This Role Involves

As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our Ocean City store. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll manage customer interactions both over the phone and in person, coordinating seamlessly with our kitchen and delivery teams. Your goal is to process orders accurately and quickly while maintaining the service standards that make Domino's a trusted choice in the community.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and process pizza orders accurately
• Greet walk-in customers and assist with orders and special requests
• Process payments via cash and card using our point-of-sale system
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Communicate order details clearly to kitchen and delivery staff
• Maintain a clean, organized customer-facing area and workspace
• Manage high-volume service periods while maintaining quality standards
