Product Lead – AI Stockbroking

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech client expanding their AI-driven investment platform across Asia. We're seeking a Product Lead to own critical product areas within their stockbroking business. This is a hybrid role based in Taiwan, requiring office presence at least 3 days per week.

This position is ideal for builders who can translate user needs into shipped products, working closely with engineering and design to launch fast and iterate based on real-world performance. You'll be joining a global team spanning over 20 nationalities who are redefining how consumers access financial services in the region.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services verticals
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans for your domains
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Transform complex financial products into simple, intuitive customer journeys that drive adoption
• Leverage data, user feedback, research, and production insights to inform product decisions and prioritization
• Launch features, monitor post-launch performance, and drive continuous iterations based on learnings
• Navigate trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance requirements, and operational complexity

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or in a growth/product operations role
• Strong product sense with demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows and requirements
• Track record of collaborating effectively with engineers and designers to ship real products to users
• Comfort working with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning cycles
• Excellent writing skills, prioritization capabilities, and stakeholder management experience
• High ownership mentality with ability to drive work forward with limited guidance or oversight
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth product environments is strongly preferred
• Strong English communication skills required for working across global teams
• Ability to start from user problems rather than feature lists, make decisions with incomplete information, and ship quickly to learn
• Comfortable working deeply with engineering teams without relying on process overhead
