Practice Consultant Liaison (Pennsylvania resident)

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Practice Consultant Liaison to work remotely from Pennsylvania. This is a strategic role serving as the primary bridge between clinical institutes, financial managers, and revenue management teams. You'll be recognized as a subject matter expert, leading charge capture optimization, workflow improvements, and educational initiatives across the revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between designated institutes, financial managers, and clinicians on all revenue management matters
• Develop and deliver orientation and educational programs to support revenue optimization and charging compliance among providers
• Establish and manage ongoing communication with assigned institutes to identify business needs and provide timely responses to customer service questions
• Lead regular meetings with institutes and stakeholders to manage expectations regarding financial and revenue cycle performance
• Complete analysis of issues, present findings, and implement or supervise action plans
• Collaborate with practices and leadership to enhance workflows by identifying training and development needs across the revenue cycle
• Proactively identify sources of issues and communicate to appropriate parties
• Provide updates on new revenue management initiatives designed to enhance performance
• Deliver standard operational, financial, and statistical reporting and analysis on a regular basis

What We're Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Leadership: At least 2 years managing people, processes, or projects
• Location: Must be a Pennsylvania resident for this remote position
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, computer literacy, ability to work independently, project management capabilities
• Expertise: Full understanding of revenue cycle systems, clinical workflows, billing and coding requirements
• Subject Matter Expertise: Recognized leader in revenue cycle optimization and charge capture processes

Employment Type: Full-time, regular, exempt position with standard 40-hour workweeks. Some travel may be required.
