About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential client in the recreational vehicle industry. They operate a leading online marketplace connecting private sellers with an established dealer network across Germany and Europe. To expand their digital presence and reach their core audience—RV and caravan owners, primarily ages 45+—they need a charismatic social media creator who can become the face of their brand.

This is a fully remote role based in Berlin, available in both full-time and part-time arrangements. You'll work directly with the founding team and have complete creative ownership of the social media strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete social media strategy and execution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube in coordination with leadership
• Serve as the on-camera personality, creating authentic and relatable video content that resonates with the target demographic
• Produce all content remotely from your home office, marketing online services without physical product presentations
• Leverage AI tools efficiently to generate text, images, and video concepts while optimizing production workflows
• Manage community engagement and build long-term brand awareness and trust
• Create content that appeals to both immediate conversion opportunities and sustained brand recognition
• Occasionally capture on-location content at industry events and trade shows when appropriate

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for camping, RVs, and caravanning—you understand the lifestyle and what motivates this community
• Several years of hands-on experience creating social media content with proven on-camera presence
• Confidence and authenticity on video; you naturally connect with viewers through your personality
• Proficiency with current AI-powered content generation tools
• Strong understanding of the 45+ demographic and how to engage them effectively
• Self-directed work style with excellent organizational skills and follow-through
• Action-oriented mindset—you execute ideas, not just propose them
• Professional equipment will be provided (camera, devices, etc.)
• German language fluency required for content creation
