Manager of Applied Behavior Analysis Services – Horizons – FT

Hrhs is seeking an experienced Manager of Applied Behavior Analysis Services to lead our behavioral health team at our Horizons Reno County location. This is a full-time position for a dedicated professional ready to advance clinical excellence and client outcomes in Applied Behavior Analysis.

About the Role

As Manager of Applied Behavior Analysis Services at Hrhs, you will direct the planning, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive ABA programs and services. This leadership position requires a clinically strong background combined with demonstrated management capability. You'll be instrumental in building and sustaining a high-performing team that delivers evidence-based behavioral intervention services to clients and families in the Horizons Reno County area.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and develop a clinical team providing Applied Behavior Analysis services
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
• Oversee program quality, fidelity, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support treatment planning, case management, and client progress monitoring
• Recruit, train, and mentor clinical and support staff
• Collaborate with clinical partners and community stakeholders to expand service capacity
• Manage program budgets and operational efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent clinical certification in behavioral health
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or related behavioral services
• Demonstrated supervisory or management experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and outcome measurement
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
