Physical Therapist – Travel Contract

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist with Jackson Therapy Partners, you'll play a central role in our patients' recovery journeys. Working in this travel contract position, you'll evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. This role offers the professional challenge and personal enrichment of working across different healthcare settings while building meaningful patient relationships in the vibrant San Rafael area.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and establish evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on and therapeutic exercise interventions for injury recovery and chronic condition management
• Educate patients on exercises, activity modification, and self-care strategies to support long-term outcomes
• Document patient progress, maintain detailed clinical records, and communicate findings with referring providers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Adapt to various clinical environments and patient populations throughout your contract assignment

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher (current or eligible for California licensure)
• Valid physical therapy license or recent graduate eligible for licensure by examination
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Experience or demonstrated competency working with diverse patient populations
• Professional communication and documentation abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability suited to travel contract work
