Class B Route Driver

Schwan's Company is hiring a Class B Route Driver in Kansas City, Jackson County—a full-time position delivering premium frozen food products to retail locations throughout the region. What This Role Involves

As a Class B Route Driver at Schwan's Company, you'll operate a company vehicle to deliver a complete range of frozen foods, including beloved brands like Red Baron®, Tony's®, and Freschetta® pizzas; Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts; and bibigo® and Pagoda® Asian-style snacks. You'll be the face of Schwan's Company to our retail partners, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining strong customer relationships across your assigned route in the Kansas City area.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Safely operate your route delivery vehicle following all traffic laws and company safety standards
• Load, organize, and secure products for efficient and damage-free delivery
• Execute planned delivery routes across Jackson County and surrounding areas
• Deliver frozen food products to retail customers and build lasting business relationships
• Maintain accurate delivery records, customer signatures, and sales documentation
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any equipment issues
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate concerns as needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Ability to work early morning start times and a Monday–Friday schedule (occasional Saturdays)
• Physical capability to load, unload, and lift products throughout your shift
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliability and commitment to on-time delivery performance
• Experience in route delivery or food distribution is preferred but not required
