About This Position

This full-time General Labor position is essential to our production operations. You'll work on the plant floor performing critical production duties that keep our facility running safely and efficiently every day. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform general production plant floor duties including material handling, assembly, and packaging of products
• Operate production equipment according to established procedures and safety standards
• Monitor work quality and report issues to supervisors to maintain quality standards
• Organize and maintain assigned work areas, material storage, and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and schedules
• Rotate between different production duties and positions as needed to support operational needs

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts consistently
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing production needs
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
