About the Role

As a Landscaper and Team Member Driver, you'll be the backbone of our crew operations in the Canton area. You'll manage both landscape maintenance tasks and transportation responsibilities, ensuring our teams reach job sites safely and on schedule. This is a full-time opportunity to work outdoors, use professional equipment, and develop your skills with a respected landscaping company. Compensation ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, based on your prior landscaping experience and any relevant licenses or certifications you bring to the role.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools for property maintenance and enhancement
• Drive crew vehicles safely and responsibly to service locations throughout Wayne County and surrounding areas
• Assist with landscape installations, seasonal maintenance projects, and general grounds care
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper working condition
• Coordinate with crew members and supervisors regarding project schedules and site conditions
• Support crew activities and contribute to timely project completion

Who We're Looking For

• Valid chauffeur's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Proven landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related outdoor work experience
• Comfortable operating landscaping equipment safely
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical capability to perform sustained manual labor
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a dedicated crew
• Additional relevant licenses or certifications are a plus
