About the Role

As the Enhancement Crew Lead based in Kahului, Maui, you will direct a small field crew of two or more team members while working alongside them in the field. Reporting daily to job sites across the island, you'll combine practical landscaping skill with frontline leadership to keep every property looking its best. This is a full-time, on-site position — not a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a crew of two or more team members on landscape enhancement and maintenance projects
• Perform hands-on work including soil preparation, planting, watering, and insect control
• Ensure client expectations and quality standards are consistently met on every visit
• Spot opportunities to improve and enhance the landscapes you manage
• Set the pace and example for your crew through direct, in-the-field leadership

Qualifications

• Practical experience in landscape enhancement and maintenance
• Working knowledge of soil, planting, watering, and pest or insect control practices
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and organize a small crew
• Strong commitment to delivering work that meets client standards
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Kahului, Maui
