Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Redmond, King County office. In this full-time role, you'll lead customer engagement strategies across our entertainment and digital product ecosystem, helping drive retention and value as our portfolio expands.

Our Lifecycle Marketing Manager works at the intersection of strategy and execution, building programs that keep customers engaged across our suite of digital entertainment experiences. With a large, active user base spanning multiple platforms, there's significant opportunity to shape how audiences interact with our brand as we grow and diversify our offerings. You'll bring strategic thinking to every phase of the customer relationship, from onboarding through long-term engagement and retention.

Core Duties

• Create and execute customer lifecycle marketing strategies designed to increase retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value
• Develop targeted campaigns and messaging strategies for customer segments across our digital entertainment platforms
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, and creative to coordinate multi-platform marketing initiatives
• Use customer data and marketing analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize future strategy
• Support new product launches and portfolio expansion by developing go-to-market strategies and customer acquisition plans
• Coordinate marketing programs across different customer touchpoints and channels to create cohesive brand experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or marketing strategy
• Strong proficiency with marketing analytics, customer behavior data, and performance measurement
• Experience building and scaling customer engagement campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex marketing programs with input from multiple departments
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate strategy to technical and non-technical audiences
