Strategic Business Development Manager – Payments Acceptance and Commerce

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to grow payment acceptance and merchant adoption across key segments
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with merchants, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive collaboration
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and merchant feedback to inform product and service roadmaps
• Drive end-to-end ownership of new payment initiatives from concept through launch and optimization
• Present findings, proposals, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in business development, payments, fintech, or related commerce roles
• Deep understanding of payment systems, merchant acquiring, and digital commerce landscapes
• Strategic thinking with the ability to synthesize market data and translate insights into business opportunities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects in a high-velocity environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, finance, or related field
