- Develop and qualify new suppliers to ensure they meet performance benchmarks before production begins

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or manufacturing quality roles

- Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in quality tools, data analysis, and documentation systems
