Partner Content Manager

Apple is hiring a Partner Content Manager to join the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce Partner Enablement team in Palms, Los Angeles County. In this full-time role, you'll create and deliver educational resources that empower Apple's partner ecosystem to maximize the impact of our payments and commerce solutions.

About the Role

The Partner Enablement team drives how Apple collaborates with partners to scale product adoption and implementation worldwide. As a Partner Content Manager, you'll bridge product and engineering teams with our partner community, translating complex capabilities into clear, actionable content that accelerates adoption and partner success.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive learning resources and content strategies—including guides, tutorials, technical documentation, webinars, and case studies—that help partners understand and implement Apple's Wallet, Payments, and Commerce features
• Work closely with product, engineering, and partner operations teams to identify content needs and opportunities that remove barriers to partner enablement
• Create tailored technical and business-focused documentation designed for different partner segments and experience levels
• Own the full content lifecycle, from strategy and development through distribution, tracking, and impact measurement
• Gather partner feedback and collaborate with customer-facing teams to refine content and ensure it delivers real value
• Lead content initiatives for feature launches and capability rollouts to support rapid partner deployment at scale

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, technical writing, partner enablement, developer relations, or similar roles
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences
• Proven experience managing content strategy and delivery across multiple formats, platforms, and channels
• Knowledge of payments, fintech, or commerce ecosystems—or the strong ability to master new technical domains quickly
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a collaborative, partner-focused mindset
