About the Role

As a Mechanic with Signal Energy, you'll maintain and repair the equipment and mechanical systems that power our renewable energy construction projects. Based on-site in Lebanon, Marion County, you'll diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure our equipment stays operational and safe. Your work directly impacts project schedules and team safety on active construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair construction equipment and machinery used in renewable energy projects
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems in pumps, compressors, hydraulic systems, and diesel engines
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize unexpected breakdowns and downtime
• Keep accurate maintenance records and track equipment service history
• Ensure all mechanical work meets OSHA standards and company safety protocols
• Collaborate with project supervisors to schedule maintenance around active construction

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a mechanic or equipment maintenance technician
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and heavy equipment
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
• Proficiency with standard mechanics tools and power tools
• Current driver's license with reliable transportation
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance
