Maintenance Manager

About the Role

As Maintenance Manager at our East Greenville facility, you will oversee the upkeep, repair, and reliability of the machinery, systems, and building infrastructure that power our production environment. You'll partner with operations leadership to minimize downtime, extend equipment life, and ensure every shift can operate at full capacity. This is an on-site role focused on hands-on leadership and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance activities across production equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
• Build and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned outages.
• Lead, coach, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians and tradespeople.
• Coordinate repairs, installations, and upgrades while keeping production disruptions to a minimum.
• Enforce safety, regulatory, and housekeeping standards throughout the maintenance function.
• Track parts inventory, manage outside contractors, and help control maintenance spending.
• Analyze recurring failures and drive long-term reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, ideally in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems used in a production setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set priorities, and respond effectively to urgent equipment issues.
• Solid understanding of workplace safety practices and compliance requirements.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced plant.
• Availability to work on-site full-time in East Greenville, Montgomery County.
