Position Summary

• Develop and execute customized roadmaps that align each customer's AI infrastructure needs with AWS capabilities and business objectives
• Provide expert guidance on foundation model strategies, AI scaling challenges, and cloud architecture optimization
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and capture new business aligned with customer growth trajectories
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams—solutions architects, AI specialists, and engineering support—to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
• Forecast account performance, measure success metrics, and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
