SVSU Saginaw Valley State University seeks a detail-oriented Graduate Assistant to support our International Admissions office through customer relationship management (CRM) systems and operational support. This part-time position is based in South Main, Orange County, paying $15.52 per hour.
Role Overview
As a Graduate Assistant for International Admissions – CRM Support, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our CRM platform to enhance the recruitment and enrollment experience for international students. This position typically involves 20 hours per week of collaborative work within the International Admissions department to ensure data accuracy, streamline communication workflows, and support our mission of attracting and enrolling talented students from around the world.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate student and prospect information
- Support communication workflows and assist with targeted outreach to prospective international students
- Generate reports and analyze recruitment data to track pipeline progress
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues in coordination with technical support
- Assist with admissions events, webinars, and virtual recruitment activities
- Organize and manage documents and applications within CRM systems
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a graduate program
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
