About This Position

We're seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee inventory, procurement, and logistics operations that keep our fleet and equipment running smoothly. You'll manage relationships with suppliers, track parts usage and costs, and coordinate directly with our maintenance and operations teams. This role is central to minimizing downtime and maximizing our fleet's availability across the Fitchburg area and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and tracking
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to forecast parts needs and prevent equipment downtime
• Monitor parts usage, analyze costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and manage the parts warehouse or storage systems
• Ensure parts availability aligns with fleet maintenance schedules and operational demands

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or similar inventory and procurement role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams—maintenance, operations, finance
• Familiarity with parts inventory systems and procurement software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tracking parts and costs
