We're seeking an accomplished ServiceNow and Nuvolo expert to guide enterprise real estate clients through transformational initiatives and strategic technology implementations.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant focused on Real Estate Technology, you'll drive transformational outcomes for enterprise real estate portfolios, facilities operations, and infrastructure clients. This full-time position combines deep platform expertise in ServiceNow and Nuvolo with strategic advisory capabilities. You'll design and lead implementations that address complex real estate business challenges—from portfolio optimization to workplace transformation—while advising executives on technology investment and organizational change.

What You'll Do

• Direct discovery, design, and implementation engagements for ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions across real estate portfolio management, facilities operations, and infrastructure domains
• Architect transformational business solutions encompassing process redesign, cost optimization initiatives, and organizational restructuring support
• Develop strategic recommendations on platform capabilities, business case valuations, and real estate portfolio rationalization strategies
• Lead enterprise real estate technology initiatives integrating sustainability considerations, operational efficiency improvements, and infrastructure asset optimization
• Support mergers and acquisitions due diligence and technology integration activities within real estate and infrastructure client contexts
• Partner with cross-functional advisory teams and client leadership to drive strategic outcomes and measurable business impact

What We're Looking For

• Proven implementation experience with ServiceNow and/or Nuvolo platforms in real estate, facilities management, or enterprise asset management environments
• Substantive background in real estate operations, facilities portfolio management, or infrastructure asset management
• Demonstrated ability to translate intricate business requirements into strategic, scalable technology solutions
• Experience leading or supporting enterprise transformation initiatives involving process redesign, cost reduction, or restructuring
• Strategic advisory orientation with credibility to influence senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
