Core Duties

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to established procedures and quality standards
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take orders accurately at the counter or drive-through
• Operate restaurant equipment including fryers, grills, assembly stations, and point-of-sale systems
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy with the register
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including the dining area and kitchen
• Follow all food safety and health regulations to protect customer and team member safety
• Restock supplies and prepare workstations for peak service periods
• Respond to customer requests and resolve issues professionally
