What You'll Do
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support throughout the day
- Help with meal preparation and dining assistance as needed
- Support clients in maintaining their home environment
- Report observations and updates to families and care coordinators
- Respond with patience and respect to the unique needs of clients with dementia
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience providing care to individuals living with dementia or cognitive decline
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine empathy for seniors
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and daily tasks
- Reliable availability Monday through Friday
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with families and care teams
- A commitment to person-centered care and maintaining client privacy
