What You'll Do

• Handle cash operations, reconciliation, and secure financial accuracy
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and supply ordering as needed
• Open or close the store following established protocols and procedures
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and resolve issues constructively
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate team members
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Experience with cash handling and basic math skills
• Passion for customer service and creating positive interactions
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings or evenings
