Role Overview

As General Labor on our nights shift, you'll be a key member of MCC's production operations. Working in our Niles facility, you'll support the manufacturing of premium labels and packaging that brands rely on to stand out in competitive markets. This is production work with real responsibility—your attention to quality and consistency directly impacts the finished products our customers receive.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment under supervisor guidance
• Assemble, package, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Inspect products for quality defects and ensure standards are met
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily production goals
• Report any equipment malfunctions or workplace concerns promptly
• Follow all company safety protocols and best practices
