Quality Assurance – Continuous Improvement Analyst

Chromalloy seeks a full-time Quality Assurance – Continuous Improvement Analyst to strengthen operational performance at our Newnan, Coweta County manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you'll combine data-driven analysis with Lean methodologies to drive measurable improvements across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

What This Role Involves

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst at Chromalloy, you serve as a catalyst for operational excellence. You'll analyze production data and workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies, then lead cross-functional improvement initiatives from concept through implementation. This position bridges leadership vision and frontline execution, requiring collaboration with supervisors, production teams, and senior management to translate insights into sustainable operational gains.

What You'll Do

• Analyze production metrics and manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Apply Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Lead or support process improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost reduction
• Work directly with frontline employees and supervisors to understand operational challenges and co-develop solutions
• Gather and interpret data to measure project impact and sustain improvements over time
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality and operational issues

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Ability to manage projects from planning through completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels
• Manufacturing or operations experience preferred
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
