Morrow Realty Co is hiring a Maintenance Personnel professional to support our operations in Alexander Mills, Rutherford County. This is a full-time position for someone ready to take ownership of property upkeep and tenant satisfaction.
Role Overview
As Maintenance Personnel, you will be the backbone of our property operations, ensuring our residential community remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. You'll work independently and collaboratively to address maintenance needs across the property, from routine upkeep to emergency repairs. Core Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance on apartment units, common areas, and building systems
