About the Role
As Brainerd On Call Men's Staff with MnTC, you'll serve on the front lines of recovery, supporting men as they work to overcome addiction and rebuild their lives. This full-time, on-site position in Brainerd, Crow Wing County places you within a mission-centered community where your daily efforts directly contribute to hope, healing, and second chances.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, day-to-day support and supervision for men in the recovery program
- Foster a safe, structured, and encouraging environment that promotes accountability
- Walk alongside clients as they navigate the challenges of overcoming addiction
- Assist with program routines, transitions, and the daily operations of the facility
- Respond to client needs as part of an on-call team, ensuring consistent coverage
- Model integrity, compassion, and the values that anchor the MnTC mission

- Dependability and flexibility to work on-call shifts in Brainerd
