Role Overview

As a Key Holder at ITSugar, you are a trusted shift supervisor responsible for opening and closing our store, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a part-time position perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fun retail environment and wants to make an immediate impact on their team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to company procedures, including alarm systems, cash drawer setup, and facility checks
• Supervise team members during assigned shifts and model exceptional customer service standards
• Handle cash management, process transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
• Ensure the store environment maintains cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and creativity
• Enforce company policies and maintain compliance with all operational guidelines

Qualifications

• Proven retail or customer service experience, with demonstrated leadership capability
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable and punctual; comfort with opening and closing shift responsibilities
• Cash handling experience and comfort with point-of-sale systems
