What You'll Do

• Greet residents, visitors, and service personnel with professionalism and attentiveness
• Manage building entrance access and monitor building security protocols
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and mail accurately and efficiently
• Respond to resident inquiries and assist with general building information
• Maintain an orderly, clean entrance area and lobby
• Communicate maintenance issues and security concerns to building management
• Support building operations and emergency procedures as directed
