Role Overview
As Senior Coordinator for Global Programming, you'll take ownership of strategic content operations and program delivery across Rose International's global initiatives. You'll bridge planning, execution, and technology, ensuring our programming reaches audiences through multiple platforms and distribution channels.
What You'll Do
- Plan, curate, and schedule content across streaming and linear television platforms
- Manage program scheduling workflows using industry-standard tools and systems
- Oversee content management systems to organize, track, and optimize programming assets
- Coordinate with internal teams to align programming strategy with organizational goals
- Monitor scheduling systems and resolve conflicts to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain detailed program calendars and scheduling documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in content planning, content curation, program scheduling, content strategy, streaming, or linear television
- Demonstrated proficiency with content management systems and program scheduling software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Preferred: Experience with WON scheduling platform or similar specialized tools
