Paid Ads Specialist (Google/Meta)

NoGigiddy is hiring a Paid Ads Specialist (Google/Meta) to lead our advertising strategy in Colorado Springs, El Paso County. This is a full-time, in-office position for a skilled digital marketer ready to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROI across Google and Meta platforms.

The Opportunity

As our Paid Ads Specialist, you'll own the performance marketing function for NoGigiddy—a platform that connects side hustlers, gig workers, and independent earners with real income opportunities. You'll develop and execute paid search and social campaigns that reach job seekers and income-builders across Google and Meta. Your work directly impacts how our community discovers earnings opportunities, and you'll have the autonomy to test, optimize, and scale what works.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) to drive qualified user acquisition and conversion
• Create, monitor, and refine Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to build brand awareness and drive action
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and analytics infrastructure to measure campaign performance
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, targeting, and landing pages; document learnings and implement winners
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with recommendations
• Manage advertising budgets across channels, allocate spend to highest-performing segments, and maintain cost-per-acquisition targets
• Collaborate with the content and product teams to align messaging and improve user experience across paid touchpoints

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Business Suite (or similar platforms)
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and UTM tagging
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization
• Familiarity with audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to document and present findings clearly
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
