Role Overview

As a Service Advisor at Fowler Dodge, you'll be the essential connection between vehicle owners and our service team. This role combines customer relationship management with technical coordination—you'll welcome guests, understand their service needs, and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive until their vehicle is back in their hands. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression
• Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and document them accurately for the service team
• Schedule service appointments that fit customer availability
• Explain service recommendations and keep customers informed throughout the process
• Coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication
• Follow up with customers after service completion to verify satisfaction
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business
• Handle service paperwork, records, and administrative tasks with attention to detail
