Position Summary

Decision Technologies is seeking an organized and motivated logistics expert to fill our CPT ILS & Supply Support role in Virginia Beach. In this position, you'll play a key part in maintaining supply chain efficiency and integrated logistics support across our operations in the naval and Department of Defense sectors. You'll bring hands-on experience managing inventory systems, coordinating supply operations, and supporting complex logistics initiatives in defense environments. Core Duties

• Manage inventory control systems and supply chain operations to ensure timely availability of materials and resources
• Coordinate integrated logistics support (ILS) activities aligned with Navy and Department of Defense standards
• Oversee procurement processes, vendor relationships, and supply delivery schedules
• Monitor supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation across multiple tracking systems
• Support logistics planning for equipment maintenance, spare parts, and replacement cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational supply requirements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in supply chain management and inventory control in Navy or DoD environments
• Strong familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) concepts and practices
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills
