What This Role Involves

This full-time internship positions you as a technical bridge between Oracle's customers and our Customer Solutions team. You'll work with enterprise clients to understand their business challenges, troubleshoot technical issues, and help them maximize the value of their Oracle solutions. As part of OVIP, you're joining a cohort specifically built to translate military leadership into customer-facing technical excellence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Respond to and triage customer inquiries related to Oracle database and cloud solutions
• Collaborate with senior analysts to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge bases for future reference
• Participate in customer calls to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
• Learn Oracle's product stack and customer success methodologies
• Support account teams with technical analysis and customer communication

Requirements

• Military service background (active duty, reserve, National Guard, or veteran status)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and independently
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Comfort with troubleshooting and working through technical documentation
• Willingness to grow in a structured internship environment
