As a Senior Associate in our managed services division, you'll combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to drive innovation in enterprise resource planning and business process optimization.

What This Role Involves

You'll serve as the functional lead on enterprise transformation projects, translating complex business needs into scalable SAP solutions while mentoring junior team members and orchestrating work across multiple implementation workstreams. Positioned as both a technical authority and trusted advisor within client organizations, you'll operate within PwC's managed services framework, fostering long-term client partnerships and enabling continuous improvement in how organizations leverage enterprise technology for competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP functional design and configuration across one or more modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, or related areas)
• Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process discovery
• Design and optimize end-to-end business processes within SAP environments
• Develop functional specifications, test strategies, and quality assurance plans for implementations and upgrades
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot functional issues, and drive deployment readiness
• Train end-users and support teams on SAP functionality, configurations, and operational best practices
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to building team capability and expertise
• Travel to client sites as needed (up to 60% travel expected)

What You Bring

• Deep experience in SAP consulting, implementation, or functional operations
• Hands-on expertise in one or more SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, or similar)
• Proven ability to lead teams and projects from business requirements through system deployment
• Strong skill at translating enterprise software capabilities into measurable business value
• Clear communication abilities—comfortable engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable discipline
• SAP functional certification (or active pursuit thereof) is valued
