As a Part-Time Merchandiser, you'll represent Schwan's Company by ensuring our frozen pizza, desserts, and Asian-style snacks are prominently displayed, well-stocked, and customer-ready across retail locations in the Signal Hill area. This is an ideal role for someone seeking flexible weekend work with mileage reimbursement in the Los Angeles County retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and refresh in-store product displays featuring Red Baron®, Tony's®, and Freschetta® pizzas
- Stock shelves with Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® frozen desserts, bibigo®, and Pagoda® snacks
- Ensure product placement meets brand standards and maximizes shelf visibility
- Check inventory levels and report stock status to store management
- Verify product quality and rotate stock according to shelf-life guidelines
- Answer customer questions about Schwan's frozen food brands
Requirements
- Ability to work Saturday and Sunday schedules (15–20 hours per week)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfort working in retail and warehouse environments
- Willingness to learn and follow company standards
