Direct Support Prof. Residential (Carolina Pte/Way 3)

Horry County Disabilities & Special Needs is hiring a Direct Support Professional to work in our residential program in Little River, Horry County. This is a full-time position where you'll make a real difference in the lives of the individuals we serve every single day.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, including meals, hygiene, and grooming
• Support individuals in managing their schedules and maintaining their living environment
• Assist with transportation to appointments, activities, and community outings
• Help individuals develop skills that increase their independence and self-confidence
• Build supportive, respectful relationships based on person-centered care principles
• Document and communicate observations about the individuals' wellbeing and progress
• Respond to needs promptly and advocate for the rights and preferences of those in your care

This full-time position offers approximately 40 hours per week, a $15.62 hourly rate, and a $500 sign-on bonus to support your start.
