DINFOS Project Manager

C2 Technologies is hiring a full-time DINFOS Project Manager in Spotsylvania County to manage government training contracts serving nationwide operations. We're seeking an experienced project manager to lead contract execution for training and support services, working closely with government stakeholders to ensure mission success.

Position Summary

As a DINFOS Project Manager at C2 Technologies, you'll oversee comprehensive training contracts from execution through completion. Working alongside the Government Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative, you'll be responsible for all contract operations, ensuring that training programs and support services are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is for professionals who excel in organized, detail-oriented environments and understand the importance of government compliance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract performance, including schedules, budgets, and service delivery milestones
• Maintain communication with government partners, including the Contracting Officer and COR, to ensure contract requirements are consistently met
• Oversee training program operations, coordinating instructors, scheduling sessions, and allocating resources
• Monitor project progress through regular status reports and metrics tracking
• Identify and resolve contract issues before they impact program delivery
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation for compliance and audit purposes
• Work cross-functionally with operations and support teams to deliver reliable service execution

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within government contracting or defense industries
• Demonstrated success managing training programs, service contracts, or complex multi-phase initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience interfacing with government agencies
• Knowledge of federal contracting standards and compliance frameworks
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Security clearance or ability to obtain clearance preferred
