Dishwasher / Food Prep

As part of our culinary crew, you'll play an essential role in the fast-paced, energetic environment that defines our venues. You'll work alongside experienced kitchen staff in a collaborative setting where your contributions directly impact the guest experience before, during, and after every show.

Your Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment using established protocols
• Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and storage areas throughout service
• Keep the dishwashing station stocked and efficient during high-volume periods
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to protect guest health
• Respond promptly to kitchen staff requests and communicate any equipment issues
• Support inventory and restocking as needed
