Pallet Sorting Machine Operator – Multiple Shifts Available

Rehrig Pacific Company is hiring a Pallet Sorting Machine Operator at our Wilkes Barre, Luzerne County facility. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling with multiple shift options, allowing you to join a team where safety, teamwork, and operational excellence drive everything we do.

Position Summary

Join Rehrig Pacific Company as a Pallet Sorting Machine Operator in Wilkes Barre and become part of our material handling operations. This part-time role offers two shift schedules available Friday through Sunday: the 3rd shift (6:00 AM to 6:30 PM) or the 4th shift (3:30 PM to 3:00 AM, subject to change based on production volume). You'll earn $18.50 per hour while working independently and collaboratively to keep our sorting operations running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pallet sorting machinery to ensure accurate and efficient material processing
• Follow established procedures and safety protocols at all times during your shift
• Track sorted pallets and maintain accurate production records
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a positive workplace culture

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods during shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Dependable attendance and punctuality record
• Dedication to following safety procedures and wearing required protective equipment
• Prior material handling or machinery operation experience is a plus
