CNC Machinist – 2nd Shift

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe and mill equipment to produce machined parts to exact specifications
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, CAD files, and work orders
• Set up machines, select appropriate cutting tools, and configure tooling and fixtures
• Monitor machine operations and inspect completed parts for dimensional accuracy
• Make real-time adjustments to feeds, speeds, and tool offsets to maintain quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while following all safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience operating CNC lathe and milling equipment in a production environment
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision and quality
• Mechanical aptitude with familiarity with machine setup and tooling
• Reliable, punctual attendance and a team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
