Bechtel is seeking a Senior Manager, Private Capital Partnerships to join our team in Reston, Fairfax County, helping to forge and steward the private capital relationships that finance world-shaping infrastructure projects.
About the Role
As Senior Manager, Private Capital Partnerships at Bechtel, you will play a pivotal part in building and managing connections with private investors, funds, and capital partners who help bring major engineering and construction programs to life. Based in Reston, Virginia, this full-time position sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and infrastructure delivery, with limited part-time telework available.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate, grow, and maintain strategic relationships with private capital providers and investment partners.
- Identify and assess funding opportunities that align with Bechtel's portfolio of large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate across internal teams to structure partnerships and support deal origination and execution.
- Represent Bechtel in discussions with investors, advisors, and external stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives that strengthen the company's access to private capital markets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in private capital, project finance, investment partnerships, or a closely related field.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior investors and decision-makers.
- Sound commercial and financial judgment, paired with strategic thinking.
- Willingness to work primarily on-site in Reston, VA, with the role also connected to operations in Houston, TX.
