Your Responsibilities

• Operate concrete cutting saws, grinders, and handheld power tools to cut concrete surfaces, structural elements, and slabs with precision
• Measure, mark, and establish cut lines based on project specifications and technical drawings
• Set up, adjust, and maintain cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Follow all safety protocols, wear required protective equipment, and maintain compliance with OSHA guidelines
• Work collaboratively with construction teams, site supervisors, and other crew members to meet project timelines
• Keep work areas clean and organized; properly manage debris and waste materials

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete cutting or related construction work (training provided for candidates with strong construction background)
• Physical capability to lift and move equipment, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform labor-intensive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, accurate work
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to undergo background check and complete safety screening
• Professional attitude and ability to work as part of a team
