Position Summary

As Senior Project Engineer, you'll direct major construction initiatives from conception through delivery. You'll manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring exceptional quality and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver on time and within parameters
• Supervise field operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and oversee daily site activities
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and vendors to maintain project alignment and resolve challenges
• Monitor quality standards, compliance with building codes, and adherence to safety protocols
• Manage change orders, maintain comprehensive documentation, and communicate progress to stakeholders

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale construction projects
• Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and standard business applications
• Thorough knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices
• Professional Engineering (PE) license a plus; commitment to professional growth valued
• Valid driver's license and willingness to visit active project sites as required
