Medical Office Manager

Palm Medical Centers is seeking a full-time Medical Office Manager to lead our Tampa-Hillsborough County practice. Based at our Forest Hills medical center, you'll oversee clinical operations and direct our care team in a fast-paced primary care setting.

The Opportunity

As Medical Office Manager at Palm Medical Centers, you'll be the operational backbone of our primary care clinic. This is a leadership position where you'll manage staffing, maintain workflow efficiency, and ensure our team delivers excellent patient care every day. You'll work directly with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to keep the practice running smoothly and meeting our high standards for quality care.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage medical center personnel across clinical and administrative functions
• Assess staffing needs and coordinate schedules to maintain adequate coverage
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members
• Handle personnel matters, including hiring, onboarding, and professional development
• Oversee medical office operations and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows
• Support clinical staff and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting
