Supply Chain Project Manager

What This Role Involves

You'll oversee end-to-end supply chain optimization programs, working across internal departments to identify inefficiencies and implement standardized processes. Your leadership will shape how the organization sources materials, manages supplier relationships, and responds to supply chain disruptions. You'll drive strategic alignment among procurement, operations, logistics, and planning teams to build a more agile and responsive supply network.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams through supply chain recovery and standardization initiatives
• Develop performance metrics and monitor progress toward supply chain resilience goals
• Coordinate with procurement and vendor management to design and execute sourcing strategies
• Assess supply chain vulnerabilities and create risk mitigation plans
• Establish standardized processes and operating procedures across supply chain functions
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication
• Conduct analysis on supply disruptions and recommend preventive improvements

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience in supply chain, operations, or procurement
• In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, vendor management, and procurement practices
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
