Your Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity targets and quality standards
• Monitor inventory management, stock levels, and fulfillment accuracy
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a compliant, injury-free workplace
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and resolve operational challenges
• Track performance metrics and report on key warehouse indicators to management
