Position Summary

This hands-on training program offers accelerated pathway entry into Sherwin-Williams' floorcovering business. Rather than starting in a single function, you'll rotate across sales, customer engagement, and facility operations to build expertise across the entire floorcovering value chain. What You'll Do

• Learn floorcovering product lines, specifications, installation best practices, and industry standards through classroom and field mentoring
• Support sales activities, including customer consultations, quote preparation, and order management
• Participate in facility operations, gaining exposure to inventory management, logistics, and distribution workflows
• Develop leadership fundamentals through shadowing, group projects, and guided responsibility ownership
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to understand the complete business ecosystem
